El Diablo (101 Broadway) and The Rockbar (3015 E Colfax) – Denver, Colorado

Although tied up in a complex bankruptcy case, Sognare Partners was able to successfully identify, negotiate, and structure the Stalking Horse Bidder position for two of the most recognizable properties in urban Denver. Although Sognare Partners did not win the respective auctions, they were able to procure significant break up fees for each property. Sognare Partners was responsible for all facets of due diligence, contract negotiations, debt placement, tenant procurement, and underwriting for the properties. The properties are being independently redeveloped with total project costs combined exceeding $40,000,000.


Denargo Market — Denver, Colorado

Provided consulting services on arguably the largest pure land transaction in all of 2015 in the downtown Denver area. Prime urban infill site situated directly northwest of Coors field at the crux of Brighton Boulevard.

460-470 Broadway — Denver, Colorado

Procured, Structured, and Brokered a complex transaction that involved consolidating two separate leasing entities into a single sale transaction. Through this restructuring, Sognare Partners was able to deliver an off-market transaction to its clients at over 30% under market in arguably one of the most active retail strips in Denver.

UCH Medical Campus – Longmont, Colorado

Consulted on a 43-acre acquisition for a new Hospital and medical campus in Longmont.

4500 E. Evans

The Cameron Motel is a 35 key motel on the southwest corner of Interstate 25 and Evans Avenue. The site is currently cash flowing with large upside in potential Redevelopment. The site and its associated signage are visible to over 300,000 cars per day.

1600 S. Broadway

The former “Broadway Motel” at 1600 S. Broadway was a 29 key Motel situated on more than half an acre of prime located Mixed-Use land in the path of redevelopment. Sognare Partners acted as a consultant in this procurement.
